In this session, we will discuss the ongoing process to convert a successful but outdated faculty development model into an updated online teaching credentialing process for new and existing faculty. Background and past results will be shared. The collaborative process that led to plans for the new program will be described. The draft of the three-tiered program will be presented including development, transition, and assessment plans. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback about the program and the plans.
