In particular, we will be exploring skills based research as it applies to the redevelopment of our BSBAHR program, and the development of a brand new MSHRM degree to ensure graduates are competitively positioned for an ever changing job market. This session combines internal skills mapping and research efforts across the regions of the United States, with input from employers, partners, and professional associations, to build the strongest, most future focused skills based curriculum for our students.
