Extended Abstract:

Corporate e-learning places unique demands on designers, SMEs and LMS managers. Content can often need to be developed quickly to meet industry or client needs and in many cases multiple instances of a LMS might need to be launched with a fast turn-around. Having a process in place that allows for a structured approach to plan, design, develop, test and launch is essential.

In this session we will cover how to use Trello to manage e-learning content creation, learning management system launches, and team coordination. This innovative approach allows us to be both flexible and strategic, and ensures that we can quickly put multiple e-learning projects in place.

While this session focuses on the use of Trello for e-learning logistics in a corporate environment, the tactics are universal and will benefit attendees from any industry. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to use workflow tools like Trello for dynamic planning and coordination.
