Abstract: 

 This session will include a discussion on the development of content in different formats for different learning styles and how to build a course workload that is manageable for the student. The session will also highlight the use of resources by curating, rather than creating content whenever possible.

Extended Abstract: 

The online course development process usually includes delving directly into course design without discussing how to align the course content. The process should be a communal endeavor of discussion and collaboration around the course content, outcomes, and assessment.
