IoT or IoE, ubiquitous connectedness and wearables continue to move education from a knowledge transfer model to a more engaging and active one helping faculty approach teaching from an epistemic framework and increasing students’ knowledge and skills development. Presenters will share applications and case studies of their immersive learning initiative.

In recent years, the Internet of Things (IoT) or internet of everything, ubiquitous connectedness and wearables have begun disrupting education and continue to move education from a knowledge transfer model to a more engaging, collaborative and active one helping faculty approach teaching from an epistemic framework and increasing students’ knowledge and skills development.
Presenters will share available content and applications as well as case studies of immersive learning initiative and how they impacted students learning, best practices, Augmented reality apps used, content selection process, emerging practices and instructional tools used for creating and delivering Content.
