Abstract: 

Educational literature provides insight to the effectiveness of different course designs.  During this session,  the group will discuss two primary questions about the course designs and instructional approaches:   Under what conditions will the course design have the best learning and motivational results?   Is the course design best suited for a specific skill set or can it be used across all skills ( we will use blooms taxonomy are reference)?
