Abstract:
Student feedback is an important part of the online experience. Use of collaborative tools as Google Docs can support student to instructor interaction throughout an online course. Use of Google Docs supports early intervention for those students who need additional support. Google Docs also promotes the continued partnership between the student and instructor. Google Docs can assist in open and frequent communication as the students’ progresses through the online course as noted by (Zhou, Simpson& Domizi , 2012).
