Using Experiential Learning to Create a Culture of Experience, Exceptionalism & Engagement

Abstract: 

Universities strive to balance innovative teaching and learning with student preparation for an exceptional and meaningful experience; this is not always in existence within the institutions own culture.  We will discuss how minor changes in the approach to learning and social observation can lead to reflection and a variety of experiences for all involved while imprinting a culture of innovation.
