Appreciative Inquiry: Strengthening a positive institutional culture in an online education environment

Abstract: 

I would like to share and discuss the results of my Appreciative Inquiry study and implementation on strengthening positive institutional culture in an online education environment. I will discuss the process of Appreciative Inquiry and how it can be implemented in one's organization, as well as sharing key concepts and outcomes of thisĀ AI process and exploring with other administrators and faculy members, what potential AI studies can foster realized improvements and goals in educational settings.
