Reflection is an essential component to any meaningful learning experience. You’ve had a lot to explore and discover this year as you attended OLC Accelerate. This session is geared to help you synthesize your experiences, articulate your three main take-away items, and have a clearly defined plan of action going forward on how you intend to share what you have learned with your colleagues back home. There will also be opportunities for discussion together to both share and learn from each other’s experiences. Whether you attend this session or not, don’t miss out one of the most important aspects of learning together through the form of reflection.
