Abstract: 

This presentation is a review of the UNLV faculty development approach as a result of COVID-19 but proving to be helpful for faculty.  It is the FlexClass model of creating an online course (CANVAS) and instructor guide that can be utilized for face-to-face, hybrid, and fully online.  It can be overwhelming to consider each format and this presentation will outline the key steps and tools to help faculty to create this important tool.
