Abstract: 

Change is constant in today's fast paced world. It’s critical for institutional leaders to embrace and build capacity for change. Whether you’re looking to implement a new online initiative or you’re concerned about how your faculty will embrace any change, this session will give you strategies and best practices for moving your school through change.  

Extended Abstract: 

Online or digital learning initiatives impact many different areas of our schools. Our faculty will need help moving from their current way of doing things to what’s expected of them in the future. Along with this, they will be expected to change many of their process, and maybe the technology they use as well.

The Problem: Faculty go through change all the time. There are critical aspects involved in online education or digital learning initiatives:
