What’s the point?
In a world with so many new things at our fingertips, it’s easy to have the urge to pull in new and innovative tools and concepts into our schools. Doing so can mean many new initiatives happening all at the same time. What’s the point? Will this increase productivity and help teachers do their job better? How will this serve students? Participants will be challenged to drill down to “the why”, for any initiative at their school, ultimately setting a foundation for why the change will benefit all who will be affected.

This creates milestone to achieving your overall success, which we can look back on and celebrate our success, or modify to ensure the project keeps moving forward.
