Maryville University, a comprehensive and nationally ranked private institution recently launched their online Master of Science in Software Development (MSSD) program through the University’s John E. Simon School of Business. As part of the program, Maryville has partnered with Launchcode, a nonprofit organization that provides in-demand coding education and creates technology career advancement opportunities to offer students a direct pipeline to be placed in apprenticeships and full-time jobs after completing the program. The MSSD program then elevates that coding boot camp experience, plus much more, into a graduate education/degree. This session will focus on their collaboration and innovative approach to putting programs online that meet the demands of students and labor market needs.
