Abstract:
While millenials crave instant feedback in the workplace, conflicting research indicates millenial students do not read instructor feedback and further do not implement recommendations for improvement provided in that feedback. This highly interactive panel discussion will look at research, best practices, and anecdotal information to further study this conflict.
